The goal isn't to eliminate challenge.
The goal is to become better at adapting to it.
When Slow Recovery Needs Medical Evaluation
Recovery isn't always a lifestyle issue.
Persistent fatigue, exercise intolerance, unexplained weakness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, significant muscle pain, or a sudden decline in physical capacity should be evaluated.
Underlying conditions such as anemia, thyroid disorders, sleep apnea, nutritional deficiencies, cardiovascular disease, chronic infections, medication side effects, or metabolic disorders can all affect recovery.
The answer isn't always to train harder.
Sometimes it's understanding why the body isn't recovering as expected.
